  • 1. Q:How long is for the warranty?

    A: Our warranty is 1 year. We take strict process from material selection till delivery. We make sure all our locks are stable quality control. Sametime, we will offer 1% main parts for the shipment.

  • 2. Q: How many pcs keys does each lock contain?

    A: Each lock has 2pcs standard mechanical keys.

  • 3. Q: When battery is in low power, lock will alert?

    A:Yes, when battery is less than 4.8V, lock will issue didi sounds. At this moment, still can open door for 200 times. But still better to change batteries.

  • 4. Q: When door cannot open by card, how will you solve it?

    A:Yes. Please make a video for us to see how many sounds issue when swipe card. We will offer relevant solutions.

  • 5. Q: If hotel door is very thin and very narrow, can you recommend lock model?

    A:Yes, our lock standard door thickness is 38-70mm. Also have lock model works for door thickness 30mm-37mm, or even less. Also have models for narrow door panels. Give us a door, we will try our best to fix our lock on it.

  • 6. Q:Can we have master mechanical keys to open all doors?

    A:Yes. We have 2 ways for master key. Example: 500pcs locks.
    1st way, we offer same cylinder for 100pcs locks and offer 10pcs keys to open these 500 locks.
    2nd way, every lock have its own 2pcs mechanical keys & sametime we offer 10pcs master keys to open all 500 locks. This way cost will be higher since it’s customized.

  • 7. Q:Does the power saver recognize room number? When checkout time arrives, power will be automatically off as well?

    A:Yes. Install our special energy-saving switch, it can recognize room number ( example:201 power saver only recognize 201 guest card). When checkout time arrives, power will be automatically off & guest card will be invalid and cannot open door.

  • 8. Q:Can we issue 1 card to open suite room(1+1, 2+1, 3+1)?

    A:Yes.You can issue 1 card to open main door & guest door for the suite rooms. Sure you need to setup well for the group function first.

  • 9. Q:Can we issue staff card in the lock software?

    A:Yes, you can issue master card, building card, floor card, emergency card etc for staff.

  • 10. Q:Can we choose stay time in your lock system?

    A:Yes. When issue card, you can input name, time (by hour or by day both are fine). Once checkout time arrive, card will be invalid and cannot open door.
